About Us
KarmaMantra was a concept that was launched as a one stop shop for all your holistic needs by the Tathaastu Group. When we were developing KarmaMantra, we wanted to provide consumers with the lowest pricing, highest quality and make sure that each product that is sent out brings joy, happiness and purpose. We have built an emporium where any tool to support your holistic lifestyle can be found.
A big factor these days is price, and that is one thing we wanted to keep in mind for our consumers. We wanted to provide our customers with products that were of amazing quality as well as prices that anyone can afford. We wanted to accommodate everyone and aid them in finding their tool for their practice. We do not go through corporate buyers or third party suppliers; we go to the source directly. We go to the “bazaars” and villages in India; we go to monasteries in different countries to source the most authentic products. We sit with the individual artisans to bring the best product to our customers, and in return we help our artisans with steady income and a way to show off their art. We buy all of our products in bulk, and nitpick through our items and separate the good from the bad to supply our customers with the items of the highest quality.
We at KarmaMantra handpick each item that goes on sale on the website. Whether it is a Tiger Eye Japa Mala or the Zen Soapstone Candle Holder we make sure we touch and feel and hold each product before offering it to the community.
To make sure KarmaMantra customers are getting the best products, we personally visit our artisans to check the quality of each product that gets developed to make sure that we exceed our customers’ expectations. We believe that every item, big or small has a very strong value and meaning for our customers.
We just do not sell a product, we sell an experience. We want to help you in any way that is possible for us in to help you achieve a personal level of happiness. Whether the product is a gift, or for personal use we want to make sure that our relationship with our customer does not end with just a price tag, we want the customer to feel at home, we want to come to you as a friend with tools to aid to steer you to a path of clarity and not necessarily pull you in for a sale.
