1.How do I place an order?
Add the item(s) to your shopping cart at www.karmamantra.com and when you are ready hit the Proceed to Checkout button. You will need a credit card or a PayPal account to complete your transaction. If you wish to order by phone, call our toll-free line at 1-888-353-9997.

Yes, we use a secure, encrypted protocol to transmit your credit card and personal information.
3.What are cookies and does my computer need to accept them to use the website?
Cookies are electronic tags that our website transfers to your computer through your Web browser to enable our system to recognize your computer when you visit our site and through this offer you more responsive customer service. This recognition enables us to offer speedier transaction processing on certain occasions and to offer a range of personalized customer service enhancements such as suggesting products you may enjoy based on your previous purchase and browsing history, and memorizing your shipping preferences.
4.Can I ship my order to a Post Office (P.O.) Box?
No, we do not ship to Post Office boxes.
5.How much is shipping and handling?
All orders are shipped by Fedex. At the moment we only offer products for delivery to the contiguous (“Lower-48”) states of the US. Our shipping charges are based on the actual calculated shipping charges based on weight and Fedex shipping zone. Some items due to their size, incur an additional oversize shipping fee which we pass on to you at our cost. If an oversize shipping surcharge applies, this is specified in the product description.
6.Do you ship orders beyond the Lower 48 States of the United States?
No. At present we do not offers service beyond the 48 contiguous states.
7. Can I order for shipment to a APO/FPO address?
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
9. How do I ship to multiple addresses?
You will have an opportunity in the Checkout screen, to enter multiple ship-to addresses. A separate shipping charge will apply to each ship-to address.
10. If an item is on back order, can I place an order for it?
No. We do not back-order items because we cannot always guarantee a re-stocking date and we won’t make promises that we can’t keep. If you e-mail customer service at customerservice@karmamantra.com we will provide an estimated date when the item is expected to be back in stock and we will e-mail you when the item is available.
11. Will I be charged sales taxes?
No. Only if your order is shipped to New Jersey, sales taxes will be added to your order.
12. How do I redeem a coupon or promotional offer?
Enter the coupon or promotional code in the Promotion Code panel in the checkout screen.
13. How do I use my Gift Card online?
Enter the Gift Card code in the Gift Card panel in the checkout screen.
